To make a purchase in the b2b zone, you need to register to create a user account

1. A User account is created by registering an Account in the B2B Zone.

2. Registration is necessary for the User to place orders via the B2B

3 Zone. The User starts the Registration by filling in the form on the B2B Zone Website

4. The registration form is completed in accordance with the following rules:

a) The User should fill in all fields of the registration form, unless the field is marked as optional (the mandatory field is marked with an asterisk);

b) the data entered in the registration form should relate only to the User and/or the Contractor and be true, and the User is solely responsible for the authenticity of the data entered;

c) the User undertakes to read and accept the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions;

d) The User may consent to the processing of their personal data by the Seller in order to receive promotional and marketing materials regarding the goods and services offered by this Seller and/or consent to the processing of their personal data by the Seller to send commercial information by means of electronic communication (Internet system, e-mail, text message) on telecommunications terminal devices made available by the User (telephone, telephone,  tablet, etc.), whereby the User has the right to access the content of their data and to correct and delete them.

5. Sending the completed registration form is equivalent to:

a) reading and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the User;

b) conclusion of a contract for the provision of services by the Seller in the form of maintaining the User Account;

c) authorization of the Seller to process the User's personal data contained in the registration form in order to provide the service of maintaining the User Account.

6. Optional consent to the processing of personal data referred to in paragraph 4d above means that:

a) the consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time;

b) the User to whom the personal data relates has the right to access the content and to correct and delete the personal data;

c) entrusting the Seller with personal data takes place by checking the appropriate box in the registration form.

7. The User is obliged to make every effort to maintain confidentiality and not to share the Password with third parties. In the event of circumstances indicating a suspicion that the Password has been in the possession of an unauthorized person, the User is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of this fact, using the available means of communication. In such a situation, the User will receive a new password from the Seller to the e-mail address which is a login, which can be changed to their own Password.

8. If the User forgets the Password, they may request a new Password via the form available in the B2B Zone. In such a situation, the User will receive a new password from the Seller to the e-mail address which is the Login, which can be changed to their own Password.

9. The Seller creates and implements safeguards against unauthorized use, reproduction or dissemination of content contained in the B2B Zone. If the Vendor uses the above protections, the User agrees to refrain from any action aimed at removing or circumventing such protections or solutions.

II. Placing and processing orders, payments

1. The information contained in the B2B Zone does not constitute the Seller's offer.

2. The User may place orders through the B2B Zone 7 days a week and 24 hours a day through the B2B Zone.

3. The Seller executes the Users' orders only if there are no overdue payments of the Contractor and the Contractor's trade limit resulting from the trade agreement between them has not been exceeded, if any.

4. The User places an order by selecting the Goods they are interested in, specifying their quantity next to the given Goods and by selecting the "BUY" command adds them to the "CART". After collecting the entire order and selecting the type of shipment and the type of payment, the User selects the Delivery address. After specifying the Delivery address, the User, after selecting the "SUMMARY" command, can return to completing the order or by selecting the "ORDER" command place an order by sending the order form to the Seller. Each time before the order is shipped to the Seller, the total price of the selected Goods is given. The total CART value for a single order must exceed the minimum order value. In the case of an order below this value, the User will be informed about the need to increase the value of the order.

5. a. When placing an order, the User receives information about the possibility of using the discount, if the User has one.

b. When placing an order, the User does not receive information about the delivery costs, which is included in the order. You will receive this information when you place your order and you can choose to accept it or not. If you do not accept the delivery costs, the order will not be processed

6. On the basis of the placed order, the Seller verifies the availability of the Goods ordered by the User.

7. In the event of lack of the ordered Goods or inability to complete the User's order for other reasons, including when the purchase of Goods from the Seller's suppliers is not possible within the time provided for the execution of the order, the Seller will inform the User electronically or by phone about the circumstances.

8. If the execution of the order turns out to be impossible, the Seller may offer the User:

a) cancellation of the entire order (the User's choice of this option releases the Seller from the obligation to complete the order);

b) cancellation of the order in the part in which its implementation is not possible within a reasonable period of time (the choice of this option by the User releases the Seller from the execution of the order to the extent that it is not possible)

c) division of the order and determination of the deadline for the execution of the order in the part that is not initially possible (the User's choice of this option results in the Delivery being made in separate shipments, and the User will not incur additional Delivery costs related to the division of the order).

9. In the event of the lack of the ordered Goods or the inability to complete the User's order for other reasons, in particular if the Seller is unable to obtain the ordered Goods within a reasonable period of time, the Seller may withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its conclusion.

10. Placing an order is an offer by the User to the Seller to conclude a sales agreement for the Goods being the subject of the order.

11. After placing an order, the Seller sends a confirmation of order acceptance to the e-mail address provided by the User. The confirmation of acceptance of the order is the Seller's statement of acceptance of the offer referred to in §5 section 10 above.

12. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from its conclusion in the event that it was concluded during the defective functioning of the B2B Zone and/or the B2B Zone Website, including in the event of displaying incorrect prices or descriptions of the Goods.

13. The User receives information from the Seller to the e-mail address that the order has been accepted for processing.

14. Prices on the Website of the B2B Zone placed next to a given Product:

a) are net prices (excluding VAT) specified in Polish zloty;

b) do not contain information about the Delivery costs, about which the User is informed when placing the order.

c) do not contain information about possible customs duties, if the delivery address is outside the territory of Polish.

15. The final price binding the parties to the sales agreement is the price of the Goods included on the Website of the B2B Zone at the time of placing the order by the User.

a) the logistic minimum is the amount of PLN 6000 net

16. a. The Contractor, with whom the Seller is bound by an appropriate agreement, makes payments for the ordered Goods after receiving a VAT invoice within the time limit indicated on the invoice, by bank transfer, to the Seller's bank account, unless the form of payment in the B2B system is specified as: cash/prepayment/cash on delivery, in which case the Contractor makes a payment for the ordered Goods in the form of online payment PayU, the payment of which is a condition for the execution of the order. The Seller shall deliver a VAT invoice together with the Delivery of the ordered Goods, unless the User/Contractor expressly specifies another method of delivering the VAT invoice.

b. other Contractors make payments for the ordered Goods in the form of PayU online payment, the payment of which is a condition for the execution of the order.

c. In the case of online payments PayU, the Seller will send VAT invoices in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor/User.

17. The User may modify the order until the moment of receiving information to the User's e-mail address confirming the acceptance of the order for execution by the Seller. In particular, changes may concern the scope of the order, cancellation of all or part of the order, change of the Delivery address. If the User adds new Goods to an order that is already in progress, but before the Seller sends the package, it may extend the time of order processing.

18. The Seller may place in the B2B Zone information about the number of approximate Business Days necessary to complete the order.

19. The ordered Goods are delivered to the User via the Supplier, to the address indicated in the order form, or by personal collection at the Seller's office, or to another address expressly indicated by the User.

20. The Seller informs the User via the B2B Zone about the degree of order completion and the date of shipment of the Goods.
